In our Dynamic classes postures are held and worked within a faster sequence allowing you to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination.

If you’re looking to challenge yourself physically and build a sweat while building a stronger mental focus, then this is the class for you!

Note: We don’t generally recommend these classes if you’re brand new to Yoga as the pace of the class may make it a little more challenging to follow initially. But if you want to push yourself that little further, you’re welcome to join in!

A more gentle Vinyasa Flow class that keeps you moving, builds physical agility and improves mental focus by uniting movement with the breath.

Our Flow classes stretch your muscles while building strength and stamina, but at a calmer pace than our Dynamic offering.  This slower approach allows us to harmonise opening the body with calming the mind to bring a bit of balance back to intense City lifestyles.

Note: These classes are great for all of us – whether you’ve just found Yoga today or you’re more experienced, but prefer to practice at a more moderate pace.

The “Anti-Desk” Yoga – our Flow & Restore class is specifically designed for those of us who have tight shoulders, hips, necks and backs.

Flow through a gentle Asana practice stretching out your muscles before letting all the tension go and indulging in a calming restorative session towards the end, which allows your body and your mind to completely relax and recharge.

Note: Anyone from complete beginners to the more experienced will benefit from this rejuvenating practice. Allow yourself to unwind and refresh!

Heartcore’s reformer-based classes use core-focused functional training in a highly effective, high-energy class format to provide a comprehensive full body workout in the shortest possible timeframe.

Our custom made reformers have been specifically designed to deliver optimal results by maximizing potential exercise combinations and minimizing downtime. 

The result is a dynamic and intense 55-minute workout that burns calories rapidly and allows you to sculpt your physique in ways that traditional exercise simply can not match.
