In our Dynamic classes postures are held and worked within a faster sequence allowing you to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination.

Note: We don’t generally recommend these classes if you’re brand new to Yoga as the pace of the class may make it a little more challenging to follow initially. But if you want to push yourself that little further, you’re welcome to join in!
